Bond Hearing April 7 2026 @ 12:00 PM

Notice is hereby given that Rock-Moore Public Water Authority of the State of Arkansas (the "Authority") proposes to issue water revenue bonds (the "Bonds") in the maximum principal amount of $2,600,000 for the purpose of financing all or a portion of the costs of acquiring, constructing and equipping extensions, betterments and improvements to the Authority's  water system, including particularly, without limitation, new high service pumps, water treatment plant building improvements, and pump station improvements.  A public hearing concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds will be held by the President of the Authority or his designee, at 12:00 p.m. on the 7th day of April, 2026, at 6920 Harrison Street, Sulphur Rock, Arkansas.  At the public hearing all interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the development of the project and the proposed issuance of the Bonds.
